User Update creates new line of same record

Editing a user does not Update - it Inserts a new user I think this is in the cahce, not in On Key

Cannot change User's site

When selecting a new Site for a user from the site lookup, the selection reverts back to the default.

Add the ability to manually refresh the Asset Tree in a background process

If the client is working in On Key and the App is may be necessary to be able to sync the app manually with On Key on demand. Currently on a timer.
