Adding a confirmation to the delete to prevent accidental deletes

when creating an asset on the "Assets" list there is no lookup for a site. also the sub label refers to "new component" which is not true when creating an asset

The current visualisation in Master Data Configuration app does not display the allowed duration on a component (asset tree navigation and component list dashboards) time loss reason list

The asset tree doesnt remain open when an asset or component is to be selected. The sidebar is also no stable and aligned to what is selected
